The display of the weaving waterfall, and Rosie didn't budge, and they seemed to enjoy the breezes, although I'm sure Rosie must have been cold. I thought she needed a "hand knitted shawl", but none was available, so she braved the elements. : ) (I'll post a pic of Rosie, beside the Pacific, in her onion bag mesh outfit later) Anyway, all in all it was a great experience, with a waterfront sleeping arrangement to boot!

Lately I have been trying to fit in some sewing, and or designing, on my own clothes, and projects, between the alterations. I resewed all the appliques on a pair of purchased pants because they were all going to fray right off the fabric the first time I washed them. They inspired me to start to create this design for a little vignette of people in applique, stitchery, and embellishment to go on a pair of soft tan cords, I picked up somewhere... probably for free because someone ran some blue, in the wash, onto the front where I am going to apply the apq.

I will be doing lots of stitching on top of these figures, and flowers.
This should be interesting. But not stupid. Ha!
