There are other stories too, that tell other tales. Sometimes one has to take a hot bath to chill out when people don't understand your tale. Other days you realize you don't give one big patouie, who gets it. You just close your eyes, see your visions, and continue to manufacture them. In your time, not theirs. Life is short! Very short!

This beautiful silk dress inspired by Flamenco dancers, was designed and sewn by me for a very special customer.
Funny his name happened to be the name of my son too. Kismet. My son, my teacher. Ironic, and it's supposed to be the other way around. I love my son more than mountains, and sea. And I teach him, too.
Love is such a wonderful thing. Everything in life becomes more fantastic with love. Most people don't think much of love. It's just there, or even if it isn't they don't know it because their treadmill is just turning way too fast to notice. Or they hurt too much to feel. Or they think love is there, but it's really just filler.... like polyester batting.
I wish I knew then, what I know now. Isn't that also how one of the stories goes? Life gets better, through the series of ups and downs we learn. Hopefully. Eventually. We learn we grow, we get weak, then strong. Repeat as needed. All through life.
I watched that movie The Holiday the other night. Priorities. Not crying for years. Hmmm. I also watched Music and Lyrics another night. Collaboration, relationship building. The stuff life is made of... and for. Also watched Bridge to Terabithia. Liberty, imagination, expression. Tears. And the Last Mimzy. Children, determination, innocence, purpose.
I wrote on my blog about a holiday.. a la Madonna's song... which of course brings back the 80's to me. Now if you were in elementary school in the 80's then you just don't know. But you will know. My holiday is coming. In my time, the way my destiny is laid out for me. Not before or after. The holiday is waiting, and it is grand. It's The Secret.
Love all you can.
